Similar to Sports Massage, a deep tissue massage is beneficial to people who have pain and muscle tightness.
Its beneficial for people who suffer from pain due to a desk job, or an active job.

A technique that focuses primarily on the deeper layers of the muscles and fascia. This technique involves firmer pressure in order to reach the key areas for the muscles to release.
It helps promote pain relief, increases range of motion, and offers stress relief.

Swedish Massage
