Important Information

Payments & Cancellations
£15 non refundable booking fee is required at time of booking required to secure your appointment.
If £15 booking fee is not paid at time of booking, your appointment will be cancelled.
36 hour cancellation policy.
Late cancellations or no shows may be charged the full treatment price.

Late Arrivals
If you’re late, your appointment time will be reduced by however many minutes you arrive late. For example, if you’re 10 minutes late for a 60-minute session, your treatment will be 50 minutes.
Unfortunately, we can’t extend your appointment, as we have other clients booked right after you.
Since appointments are prepaid, the full amount will still apply, even if your treatment is shortened due to a late arrival.
This policy helps keep things fair for everyone and ensures each client gets the time they’ve booked.
If you’re on your way but running behind, a quick message is always appreciated!

Eligibility for Service
My services are exclusively for female clients. However, I may accommodate male clients if they are the husband or partner of an existing female client and the booking is made on her behalf.
For online bookings not made through social media, I may request clients to provide their social media handles to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide this information when requested may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
Eligibility for Mobile Treatments
Mobile treatments are only available for clients in ground-floor properties with direct access.
I do not offer mobile treatments to clients living in flats, apartments, or properties requiring stairs or lifts for access.
Parking & Access
Clients must provide adequate, nearby parking for my vehicle to ensure the timely delivery of services.
Any parking fees or restrictions must be communicated and agreed upon prior to the appointment. Clients are responsible for covering any parking fees.

Travel & Additional Fees
An additional fee may apply for certain areas, extended travel distances, or locations with parking restrictions.
Any extra charges will be confirmed before booking.
Space Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring there is sufficient space in their home for massage treatments.
The designated space must be clean, safe, and free of obstructions, allowing for the proper setup of my massage table.
Additionally, I require enough space to work comfortably around the entire massage table to perform treatments effectively. If the space is inadequate, the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
