About Me

My Vision
I’ve got big plans for the future. My own experience with my C-section has had such a huge impact on my body and confidence, so I want to train to become a C-Section Scar Specialist. I know how much it can affect mobility and self-esteem, and I want to help other mums feel good about themselves again.
I’m also planning to train in Lymphatic Drainage Massage in the near future. It’s brilliant for reducing swelling, bloating, and helping you feel lighter and less sluggish. Both of these areas are so close to my heart, and I want to offer women and mums the support they need to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.
My journey into massage therapy started back in 2017.
I was working in an office, sitting in uncomfortable chairs all day, and my posture and back health were going downhill fast. It got so bad that I ended up being signed off work for months because of the pain.
When I recovered and went back to work, the pain came back almost immediately. I felt stuck, so I booked my first-ever massage, and it completely changed my life. Not only did it help ease the pain, but it also gave me a spark of inspiration—I knew I wanted to help others who were going through the same thing. So, I made the leap, quit my office job, and started studying Sports Massage Therapy.
After two years of hard work, I earned my Level 3 & 4 VTCT Sports Massage Diploma and started my own massage business. I’ve worked with so many different people—bodybuilders, ballet dancers, office workers—and I absolutely loved helping them feel stronger, more mobile, and pain-free. Massage became my passion, and I’ve never looked back.
But then Covid hit, and like many others, I had to stop massaging. I ended up getting a work-from-home job, met my partner, and moved from East Sussex to Southend to start a new chapter. Soon after, I got pregnant and we had our beautiful daughter.
While it was such a special time, pregnancy and motherhood brought new challenges. My posture worsened, and after having an emergency C-section, I was left dealing with pain, immobility, and a big knock to my confidence.
After four years of working from home, my job role was made redundant—and I took it as a sign to get back to doing what I love.
This time, I knew exactly who I wanted to help: Women. Whether it’s pain from sitting at a desk, recovering from pregnancy, or just the stress of juggling so much in life, I want to support women in feeling their best again.
